Night Shift Food Production Supervisor

Job description
My client based in Christchurch is looking for a dedicated, motivated Night Owl to run a busy night shift food production team.
This is a very busy factory and you need to be a hands on person as you are specialising in the supply of fresh and prepared produce to the food service industry throughout New Zealand.
To be considered for this role you must:
* Be a night owl, and have no problem always working Nightshift
* Need to have experience managing a team of 2+
* You need to be computer literate
* Need to pick and pack and prepare orders efficiently
* Have exceptional customer service skills
* Have experience in operating factory machinery safely
* Need to understand and prioritise work loads
* Previous experience in a supervisory role + food production is essential.
* Pass a pre employment Drug test
Great opportunity for someone who likes physical work with a mix of administrative work. You need to have experience in a food production factory to be considered for this role.
Need to be a NZ Citizen/ Resident or hold a current valid work visa.
