We are looking for a Night Shift Customer Service Officer to join our after-hours call center team in Auckland.
Available shift: 6pm to 4.30am – Sunday to Thursday
Our night shift customer service team supports hundreds of national customers, thousands of temp staff, and our very busy day shift consultants in helping them fill last minute job orders, general phone calls from our workforce across the country that may call in sick or run late. They deal with job cancellations and general phone enquiries relating to accounts, payroll, or new job orders. You may only answer 30 calls one night and 100 calls the next; no two nights will be the same, but these calls are very important and can’t be missed.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have minimum 18 months proven after-hours call center experience
* Have exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal; dealing with customers queries; answering everyday calls
* File management
* Attention to detail
* Have intermediate to advanced computer skills, email communication
* Be highly organized and can multi task
* Can work in a small team or autonomously
* Haver a clean criminal record and be drug free
* Your problem-solving skills will be your strongest strength as typically the night shift calls can be unique and require you to think outside the box
* You will be honest, highly reliable and trustworthy and have a true commitment to customer service
