Night Auditor/Duty Manager


Our client is known for having a fun-loving team with supportive managers. They prioritise upskilling and training their staff to give you more opportunities within the hotel. They are looking for someone who is open to learning and interested in getting their LCQ.

To be successful with your application, ideally you will be able to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing and maintain the Night Audit process
  • Follow standard operating procedures and check lists
  • Complete the daily balancing of all financial transactions within the hotel
  • General reception duties including the check in and check out of guests
  • Ensuring "Service Excellence Every Time" when dealing with any guest
  • Responsible for overnight security of the hotel and its guests
  • Daily compilation and distribution of requested reports to department heads
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance and cleanliness of Hotel
  • Follow all Health & Safety Procedures

    What you need to have achieved:

    • Previous experience in a similar role in the Hotel environment
    • Current First Aid and General Mangers Cert an advantage
    • Solid Organisational skills
    • Work both independently and as part of a team
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent presentation
    • Can do attitude
    • Current eligibility to work in New Zealand
