Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a results-driven individual to maximise our relationships with new and existing Strategic accounts and contribute to our Adecco's continuous growth and success. Reporting to the Sales Director, this National Strategic Account Manager will be a key player amongst the Senior Management team. We're seeking a passionate individual who is experienced in their strategic approach to business relationships and confident in their ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders as they are critical to your success in this role.

Your success will be measured by successfully executing your strategic account management plans, delivering on client SLA's and maximising profit through market share or by providing additional solutions. Your value will be in the guidance you provide our operational branches in respect to your client portfolio, and your ability to covert opportunities into revenue.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
  • An ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
  • Tender writing experience, ideally large volume or national business
  • Experience in high level account management, paired with a strong understanding of SLAs
  • 5 years + experience in recruitment and managing stakeholder engagement
  • Leadership capability
  • Natural curiosity, teamed with critical and strategic thinking ability
