Our client is a leader in their field, and with an appetitive for growth, they seek to employ a National Sales Manager to drive the sales growth and deliver on the companies’ vision around market penetration

The role:

·         Lead the sales team in developing new and existing relationship with customers

·         Develop strategic sales plans

·         Work closely to support the CEO and Operations Manager

·         Manage Key Accounts from a strategic perspective

·         Provide mentoring and training to the wider sales team

·         Currently working through a distributor network but working towards end users

·         Manage internal and external relationships including the distributor network


The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

·         Proven success in managing sales teams

·         A background in safety products is preferred

·         Experience managing within a change environment

·         A background working with a distributor network

·         Strong commercial acumen

·         Energy is essential

·         Strong networks built across NZ, particularly Auckland

·         NZ Citizen or resident is essential
