Our client is on the lookout for a Super Star Team Leader in a newly created position. You will be working closely alongside the Manufacturing Manager as well as the workshop team.

The Role:

The primary purpose of this role is managing the day to day operations of project delivery for the workshop, planning, organising, guiding the team, and checking on parts. Also monitoring progress and meeting timeframes.

The client's success is because of the team who work within the organisation, everything they do is handled by the workshop, starting from the moment the designs are released for manufacture - making this role critical. Teamwork is a key component in what our client requires for this role, someone who can jump in and work together to exceed their customers' expectations.

Skills and Attributes:

• Have experience leading within a team
• Trade qualified (mechanical engineering)
• 10+ years working within a mechanical engineering environment
• Able to develop and maintain a motivated and high performing workshop team
• Time focused
• Be an excellent communicator, able to communicate with team members at all levels of the organisation.
• A champion of health and safety in the workplace
• Positive individual who is willing to go the extra mile
• Computer literate
• Professional, diplomatic and confidant when addressing issues to provide a positive outcome.
