Join our clients team as an administrative superstar with a deep understanding of truck mechanics! They are a New Zealand-owned and operated truck service and parts company, and they're in need of someone who can be the glue that holds the business together. Your role will be integral to their success as you interact with clients, manage their queries, and ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

As our admin superstar, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

* Warmly welcoming customers both in person and over the phone.
* Booking appointments and coordinating with our Service Advisor.
* Creating detailed job descriptions for technicians and converting them into invoices.
* Generating and issuing repair invoices to customers.
* Monitoring work in progress (WIP) and maintaining optimal levels.
* Following up on outwork invoices promptly.
* Building strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
* Organizing and sending reminders for upcoming work.
* Managing warranty job requirements and ensuring adherence to proper processes.
* Uploading warranty information onto OEM websites.

Your extensive knowledge of the truck repair industry will be invaluable in this role. With your technical expertise, you'll easily spot any errors on invoices and rectify them promptly.
