We are looking for a Qualified Mechanic (Trucks) for a short-term assignment based in Mount Maunganui.

You will be working from 7am Monday to Friday - 10-hour days looking after a fleet of 50 Trucks (Class 2 and 4).

Your duties will include preventative maintenance, making adjustments, checking tolerances and other service and mechanical duties to ensure the trucks are operating at their maximum.

Ideally you will:

* Be a Trade Qualified Mechanic (Diesel or Heavy Industry) who is looking for a short-term work assignment.

* Have experience in hydraulic systems diagnostics and maintenance

* Have experience in electric/electronic systems fault diagnosis (desirable)

* Hold a Current NZ Driver's Licence Class 2 essential, Class 4 (desirable but not compulsory)
