From time to time a seriously furry position come along that is utterly pawsome! Yes, as you can probably tell, this has something to do with animals - which it does; but there is a whole lot more to tell.

We’re looking for a new team member to join this small team to work on an exciting new charitable initiative that will benefit many New Zealanders. If you want to help keep pets, women and children safe by utilising your marketing skills and gaining experience in communications and fundraising, then this role is for you.

The manager is in place and a whole lot needs to happen which is where you come in! So here’s the brief:

• It’s all ‘hands on deck’ so a varied marketing coordination skill-set is needed e.g. marketing, social media and digital marketing experience, customer service experience. CRM/database experience a bonus.
• A related qualification of some type e.g. marketing/communications/business would be ideal.
• A flare for problem-solving - because you’ll have to figure out how to get things done at times.
• Exceptional relationship building skills, and a strong customer focus are a must
• Attitude is 100% important. You’ll be a self-starter, with a high level of professionalism. 
  Flexibility with start/finish is available. The hours will be 30 hours per week and the days at work ideally need to include Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
