Job description

We are looking for someone with strong Salesforce experience to join our client on a temporary basis. You will be working for a leading technology organization, assisting the marketing team with administration.

Ideally, we are wanting someone to work part-time, however, this could be a full-time position for the right candidate. There will be very little to no training involved so we are looking for a strong user of Salesforce; someone who can work autonomously without much guidance. Our client is located in the heart of the city, and there will be parking onsite if needed.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Going through the Salesforce database and sending marketing material to existing clients
  • Data entry
  • Updating any out of date information on the system
  • Communicating with clients over the phone and via email
  • Assisting other members of the team when required

    The ideal candidate:

    • Must have mid to advanced Salesforce capability, and have recent experience using the system
    • Will have strong communication skills
    • Must be confident on the phone
