The incumbent Marketing Administrative Assistant is finishing after 22 years, and we're seeking a Marketing/Admin superstar to step into the vacancy with our client's Hamilton-based team.
We're seeking someone with high energy, as this role has lots of moving parts. - One day you could be liaising with the field-staff, the next, coordinating marketing events, or supporting the development of business proposals.

Our client recognises the need to adapt to a post-COVID working environment - and to that end - can offer flexible start times between 7.30AM and 9.00AM - the role itself is MON-FRI, 40hrs p/w - you will have discretion for how these hours are worked. Our client also offers a blend of working from home and from the office.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager - you'll be a natural at building professional relationships both internal and external.
Modern Hamilton Office location, with off-street parking available.
