Due to growth we are seeking an experienced, Manufacturing Team Leader for their site 40 kilometres from Rotorua.

Applicants must have the following:

> Ideally 3 years experience in timber manufacturing, production processing, silviculture or other related fields, or a relevant qualification
> Is a team player and jumps in when needed
> Is flexible and able to work night-shift - currently nights (3.00pm to midnight)
> Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
> Proven hands on experience in leading and managing a team
> Is a health and safety champion
> Attention to detail and accuracy
> Is reliable, professional and has a positive attitude
