About the company
Our client has been building the country's best windows and doors for over 30 years, being one of the largest aluminium window and door manufacturers in New Zealand. Their customers include many of the most successful residential and commercial building companies throughout the country.
About the role
We are looking for 1 Floor supervisor to manage around 15 staff.

The duties of this role include:
* Supervision of a small team on 3-4 production lines
* Focus on high quality products being produced for our customers
* Assist your aluminium joinery fabrication team
* Managing staff with time pressure
* Team management with special attention to disciplinary procedures and conflict management
Skills and experience
* Valid NZ working visa
* Relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment within a Supervisory role.
* Quality workmanship, with a good eye for detail
* Good planning and organisational abilities
* Strong computer skills
* Experience in the aluminium joinery/window industry is beneficial but not essential
