Our client has been building the country's best windows and doors for over 30 years, being one of the largest aluminium window and door manufacturers in New Zealand. Their customers include many of the most successful residential and commercial building companies throughout the country.


About the role

We are looking for 2 Floor supervisors to manage around 16 staff each.
Supervisor 1: Special order production line
Supervisor 2: Residential order production line

The duties of this role include:

* Supervision of a small team on the production line
* Focus on high quality products for our customers
* Assist your aluminium joinery fabrication team
* Managing staff with time pressure.

Skills and experience

* Relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
* Quality workmanship, with a good eye for detail
* You are organised and systematic
* Strong work ethic
* Natural leader
* Solution orientated
* Strong computer skills
* Experience in the aluminium joinery/window industry is beneficial but not essential
