Beyond Recruitment in Wellington are currently working with this large and unique Government agency to establish a Property & Infrastructure Portfolio Management Office.

As the Manager Portfolio Management Office, you will lead and manage a team of portfolio specialists responsible for performance monitoring and reporting on the Property & Infrastructure portfolio of programmes.

You will manage and lead all of the business activity associated and required of a PMO and your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the work programme of the PMO
  • Ensure the delivery and quality of dashboard reporting, including schedules, costs, benefits, quality, finance, resourcing, risks, and issues
  • Leading, directing, and people management of the PMO specialists’ team
  • Ensure any ad-hoc specialist area or coaching is coordinated, facilitated, and delivered efficiently
  • Work with the Director Portfolio Management Office to ensure specialist capabilities of the team are utilised
