This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation who is undergoing huge transformation project. Ideally, you would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role would require you to business partner with stakeholders and communicate the story behind numbers. Also, you would be responsible to prepare budgets and forecast and present this to senior leadership team. This role is suitable for someone who is guru is modelling and is a good team player with finance business partnering skills. Suitable for someone that is looking to try out a new role in a large organisation who is going through a transformation project.  

Skills required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in of relevant commercial or operational experience, in a commercial or public sector organisation
• Basic understanding of public sector accounting and principles and systems
• Detailed understanding of the State Sector environment, in particular statutory responsibilities under the PFA, Treasury, SSC and Cabinet Office instructions
• Good report writing capability, including adapting communications to a target audience
