Our client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join the team at their Kawerau Mill.

The Role

Working in a small team, you will be reporting to our commercial manager and operation leaders to provide accurate financial information that will assist with growth. You will be involved with budgets, forecasts, financial accounts, reporting and analysis as part of your daily operations. The role is base at our Kawerau Mill with some travel required to our Kinleith site.

  About you

  The ideal candidate will:

  • Minimum five years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems would be preferred
  • All-round management accounting competencies
  • Attention to detail
  • A systematic 'thinking' focus
  • Data analysis and accurate report capabilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet expected deadlines
  • Track record of building effective relationships
