Our Southern based industrial client has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Engineer.

This is a full time permanent position with a long established industrial company who specialises in the export of timber products across the globe.

Working in a large industrial area there is a key focus on Health and Safety within the workplace, ensuring that everybody that comes to work goes home safely at the end of the day.

Our client is looking for a candidate that has experience in the following,

• Qualification in Maintenance Engineering
• Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Fitter Turning and Fitter Welding experience
• Experience maintaining a wide variety of machinery from chains to cutting saws

  As well as having experience in the above our client is seeking someone who thrives on a challenge, has strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills and takes Health and Safety seriously. This role at times can be heavy and physical due to the types of maintenance required on the machines.
