Our client is well-known FMCG plant in the Waikato region. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to perform preventative and breakdown maintenance for their highly automated equipment.

As a fully licensed electrician, you will need to have good experience working in a production environment, ideally in the food, dairy, nutraceutical, packaging industry or similar.

You will need to have worked on highly automated, PLC driven machines as well as drives, motors, switchboards, etc. You will need to be prepared to perform basic mechanical tasks as well.

In summary, the requirements for this role are,

* Fully EWRB electrician licence
* Experience working in FMCG
* Excellent hands-on fault finding skills
* Some mechanical aptitude
* Able to work as a team
