We are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to lead a Luxury Men's Fashion brand in Auckland CBD and a team of 4 supportive professionals. As the store manager you will be full of personality, fresh of ideas and exceptionally customer focused. Your passion for the high-quality retailing is why you desire to work with our client and your customers are everything to you, as you want to build a reputation of excellence within the industry. You will come from a luxury or high-end fashion background and have a strong level of staff management to lead your team to company budgets and KPI's insuring that your store is succeeding.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous management within a high-end fashion retailer
  • Ideally from a menswear or suiting retailer but not essential
  • Customer service focused insuring all company standards are always upheld
  • Able to successfully coach and develop staff members
  • Proven and successful history of exceeding company budgets and KPI's
  • Immaculate presentation and professional manner
  • Available to work on a rotating roster including weekends
  • Ability to build a strong clientele base
