Job description

Our client, a well recognised transport and logistics company based in Mangere, are seeking a competent Team Leader for the Logistics Operations.  

This is very much a hands on leadership role so you will still be very involved in the operational activities.   Work functions will include but not limited to:
* Oversee running of order
* Manage productivity in the team
* Maintain a safe working environment
* Inventory management - ensure accurate pick / pack, labelling and that products are suitably stacked and packed
* Quality control
* Maintain accurate record of stock movements etc.
* Ensure team work flows meet site requirements
* Staff training as required  

Required for this position:
* Clean Police check
* Forklift licence
* Ideally some 'clamp' Forklift experience
* Computer literate
* Supervisory skills / capability
* Able to pass DT
