Job description

Our client is looking for a temporary staff member to join their team from the middle of November through until approximately February 2019.

The shift for this role is Wednesday – Sunday 7:00am – 3:30pm

This key activities for this role are:

  • Input data accurately and efficiently into the company’s database
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks
  • Ensure daily reports are run and checked
  • Monitor and collect payments received on a daily basis and prepare for banking
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure that paperwork and shipments are tracked and entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner

What you will bring to this role:

  • You will have a can do attitude and have the willingness to learn
  • You must have a full New Zealand Drivers Licence
  • An understanding of imports and export would be a bonus but not essential
  • Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Be able to work weekends
  • You are focused on identifying and understanding customer needs
