We are seeking a Leading Hand for our well established client that provides cutting edge concrete construction. You will be experienced in your field, stay cool under pressure and have proven skills leading a team on commercial projects.  
This role offers expertise development of new engineering technology and work with products that are at the forefront of the industry.

  The successful person will;
* Ideally hold a trade qualification
* Have industry knowledge
* Manage a small team
* Be experienced in commercial projects
* Successfully communicate plans to your team
* Have the ability to read and set out plans
* Liaise with clients
* Organise and prioritise jobs for your team
* Report all updates to your Superior
* Have a high standard for health and safety responsibilities
