We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join a locally owned engineering firm. The successful candidate will be looking after a small team of mechanical fitters, mainly installing and assembling plant and machines onsite.

Key tasks:

• Read and understand all drawings
• Fitting machinery
• Working to tight deadlines
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety
• Managing staff

  Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years' Fitting experience.
  • Trade qualification is an advantage
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Experience in heavy engineering an advantage
