About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Lead.Net developer who is motivated to work on large ERP systems, design and develop technical improvements to the current processes and design patterns whilst having a hands-on and can-do attitude towards working with core software. You will be eager and proactive in working with the existing systems and think 'outside the box' in suggesting enhancements and improvements. You will be skilled at building frameworks, carry out Test Driven Development and mentor/guide the teams into innovative thinking.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with ASP.Net, C#
• Strong experience with web client side programming, Javascript frameworks and CSS
• Strong experience with windows desktop client development (WCF and Windows Forms)
• CI/CD experience is advantageous
• Agile experience is advantageous
• TDD experience is advantageous
• Guide, design and mentor teams
• Code Review
• Develop design patterns and frameworks
