Job description

This is a great chance to join a large government agency currently going through an exciting change journey to enhance the delivery, collection, evaluation and dissemination of data in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

This role will give you the opportunity to either use your existing leadership skills or step up from your current senior level position. Reporting through to the Data Manager, you’ll play a key part in running the day to day workload of for a team of around 7, planning, identifying resourcing requirements, negotiating work allocation and timeframes with team members.

You’ll need to bring strong, senior level data management skills with you into this role:

• In particular, quality assurance and validation
• Experience in statistical data analysis, presenting and reporting data
• Ability to manipulate large and complex datasets using either SAS, SQL, Business Objects, Crystal reporting, or similar query tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
