This is a very cool opportunity for an experienced leader in all things hardscaping to join a great company who really values their staff. NZ owned and operated and projects galore, including residential, commercial subdivisions and council work to name a few, this company is a really exciting one and would be great to be a part of.

They specialise in hardscaping, fences, decks, aluminium work, pergolas and gates. They are in a very busy, growth period and looking to step up their game even further.

You will come armed with at least 10 years experience in the industry or in a similar field and have good knowledge around working with timber and aluminium. You will be a people's person and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading teams of 2 or 3
* Leadership of site and H&S
* Client communication
* Guiding teams and explaining plans
* Work on a wide range of projects

You will come with:

* 10+ years or experience in industry or similar is preferable
* Leadership experience
* A full license
* Great work ethic
* Good sense of humour and a team player
