Job description

Our clients have multiple permanent positions for experienced Lamb Knife hand to start as soon as possible in the areas of Otahuhu. This position is highly recommended for bodies who are not afraid to work in a fast pace meat processing production. You will be responsible for removing the carcass from the Beef and separating the meat flesh from its bones. this is a full-time position for those who care stand on the conveyor hooks for hours and be comfortable around slaughtered livestock.

To be considered for this position, you must have;

* At least 6 months as a Lamb Bonner
* Skills and Experience with sharp meat knives
* Reliable transport
* Passed the pre-employment drug test
* Ability to work in wet and cold environment full-time hours
* Ability to start as soon as possible
* Ability to do physical work
* Capacity to lift at least 15kg to 25kg

The benefits of this role are;

* Start on $19 per hour
* Full-time hours:

o Monday to Friday (weekends off)

o Over time available

o 6am to 4pm
