We are actively seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join a reputable global company within the Healthcare sector.

If you are an individual who thrives on building strong relationships and consistently hit targets this might be the role for you. You will be able to listen, identify customer needs and are dedicated to delivering results that will exceed customer expectations.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the retail sales strategies in the Asian trade channel to achieve annual budget. We are seeking a senior professional to manage key accounts within the Asian market. The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Achieving annual financial objectives including revenue and trade spend
  • Managing annual cost centre expense in accordance with annual budget
  • Manage account relationships with wholesalers and retailers across your portfolio
  • Strategic planning to ensure that company annual business plans are achieved
  • Providing monthly reports to management
  • Developing strong relationships across your portfolio
  • Identifying prospective clients and converting them into New Business clients
  • Working cross-functionally to solve any problems that arise and to introduce process improvement
  • Managing time effectively so that deadlines and priorities are met
  • Adhering to all company policies.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin

To be successful we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong financial management skills including the ability to manage budgets, trade spend, management and expense control
  • Excellent relationships building skills both with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with problem solving abilities
  • Results and performance driven
  • Ability to manage strategic projects and utilise available resources
  • Strong communication skills (Both in English and Mandarin)
  • Background in FMCG or Pharmacy is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market
  • A degree in Business or Marketing
