• Measurement & Estimation
  • Contract Administration
    • Preparing and analysing tender documents
      • Preparing progress claims
        • Assessing variations

          Candidate requirements for the role:

          • Tertiary Quantity Surveying qualification, Diploma or Degree levels
            • Minimum 12 months NZ experience with a Residential or Commercial company
              • Well organised, a multitasker
                • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
                  • High levels of computer literacy
                    • An ability to absorb information and complete tasks efficiently.
                      • Enthusiasm and loyalty to develop a long term career with the company
                        • A team player with good interpersonal skills
