We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful building company supporting senior team members on current and future projects.

You will need to come from a construction background and have strong industry knowledge of what is needed for both residential and commercial builds and renovations.

You will be initially in an office based position supporting the senior staff on various projects. Building on your current skills and knowledge on managing projects budgets and schedules.

You will need to have a very high level of attention to detail and feel at home working with the Microsoft suite (specifically Excel) experience using MYOB (or similar) would be advantageous.

You will need to have excellent communication skill, both verbal and written and be comfortable dealing with all levels of staff involved in construction projects.

This position is based in Hornby and will initially start on a temporary basis with the potential for on-going employment.

Pay rate is based on experience and suitability
