You might be a recent graduate from within construction, or someone with an excellent attitude, some previous work experience and a passion for the construction industry.
What does it entail?
As a cadet within this construction business, you will learn the company from the ground up! You will learn how to schedule work, estimate, deal with clients, understand procurement, learn to manage contractors and how to run a project from conception to completion!
You will have:
excellent administration skills
a strong communication skills - written and verbal
the ability to problem solve, build strong relationships with your clients and peers
an excellent out going attitude to learning and development.
