Job description

Recruitment… disciplinary process… performance planning… employee engagement… effective onboarding…  When it comes to HR you’ve had some exposure to the lot. But now you want to do it all on a grander scale!

Here, you’ll work across everything from recruitment, induction and retention, the development of employee engagement and performance initiatives, training facilitation…. the breadth of this role is huge!  You’ll be consistently balancing BAU work with projects and events that the HR team are regularly involved in.
Working within this fast-moving business flexibility, agility, initiative and problem-solving skills, along with a real head for data and analysis will be key. Your talent for adapting your style to suit different stakeholders, and ‘can do’ attitude will have the opportunity to really shine through.
With excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills you’ll swiftly build rapport with teams across the company – and you’ll get to prove that you’re professional, positive and able to learn quickly.
While this is initially a 4 week temp assignment, for the right candidate there is the potential to go permanent.
