What they are looking for as candidates is experience in:

• Extensive experience in Java Development
• JSP or Web Front end
• Strong experience using web development technologies and techniques including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS (desirable)
• Good knowledge of web services
• SQL experience
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
