As part of a long term transformation project you 'll be providing strategic leadership across the technology teams and reporting to the CTO, you’ll lead the charge in raising the capability of Service Management through transformation to deliver the highest standards possible.
We’re seeking exceptional leaders with wide ranging experience, some of which includes the following expertise:
Change Leadership – Lead the transition to a new operating model from reactive to proactive Service Management People Leadership – Lead the IT Service Management team to agreed outcomes and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement Service Operation – Own core service management ITIL processes and ensure they are continuously optimised Customer Support – Lead a shift to proactive support by leveraging Automation and self-service
This is a critical role for the organisation where the scope and responsibilities have the potential to have a major positive impact on the way IT services operate. As this is a senior level role, reporting directly to the CTO, we’ll be looking for a track record of success and achievement in your background.
