OneStaff are a preferred supplier of temp and permanent staff across New Zealand and work closely with our clients to ensure we source the best staff to match the needs of their business.

One of our major clients based in the Tomoana area are on the hunt for new Administrator Superstar to join their team. To be the right person you must have high level of computer/administration skills, able to hit the ground running and fit right in with this fun but professional, dynamic team.

The job we are looking to fill as follows:

  • Import/Export Administration

    Payrate:

    Starting payrate $25.39p/h with overtime rate of $38.08 on offer

    • Breaks are also paid for this position.

      Days and hours:

      • 6am to 3pm - this will potentially change once training is completed to 7am to 4pm or 8am - 5pm (The right applicant will have flexibility around this)

        Skills and Attributes:

        • Proven experience in Import and Export is preferable
        • Have a high level of accuracy
        • Have computer skills and be able to follow/ action instructions
        • Someone who can multitask and prioritise their workload is essential
        • Health & Safety is a big part of all daily work - You will need to adhere to rules within the warehouse
        • Reliable
        • Own reliable transport
        • Flexibility around shift times
