Job description
OneStaff is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to start immediately. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
This is a Monday-Friday day shift role working at 3 different locations in East Tamaki, Newmarket and Eden Terrace so having your own reliable transport is a must.
Duties of this role:
- Receiving and issuing stock
- Pre-packing future orders
- Identify inventory discrepancies
- Arranging shipping and overseeing stock transactions
- Issueing PO and stock counts
- Pick packing
- Collecting and delivering orders within Auckland
- Maintaing relationships with contractors and staff members
Requirements for this role:
- Must be physically fit and able to do some heavy lifting
- organised and able to come up with their own processes for better work efficiency
- high attention to detail with managing inventory
- effective communication skills
- reliable transport
- warehousing/distrubution/logistics background ideal but not necessary
- Must be able to return a satisfactory criminal convictions report and pass a pre-employment drug screening test
