An exciting opportunity has become available for an Inside Sales Representative to join a global mechanical business, based in their Seaview offices.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be processing customer orders and enquiries which come in via phone and email. You will also supporting the sales team relating to quotes, price requests, urgent order deliveries and pickups. Concurrent to this, you will also be developing business from new customers over the phone.

Other key duties and responsibilities include:

• Identify requests for new credits, process credit memo
• Make outbound calls to customers to help generate sales
• Respond to all return phone calls or call back enquiries
• Respond to incoming faxes within a 2 hour period
• Ensure all cash sales / credit card orders are documented

To be considered, we look for:

• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Customer focused
