Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Technician to join a large, successful, and growing nationwide multi-disciplinary organisation who offers property valuations, quantity surveying, project management, structural engineering, architecture & design, building surveys and fire engineering.

About you:

• You will have a Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering
• You will have a minimum of 5 years NZ experience as an Engineering Technician and be familiar with NZ codes and guidelines
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills so you can interact with a structural engineering team, consultants, councils and clients if required
• Be organised and able to prioritise your workload to reach deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail
• Love being part of a talented team of industry professionals who like to have fun

Our role includes:

• Preparing structural drawings and documentation 
• Attending sites to complete measures and inspections
• Undertaking 3D modelling using ArchiCAD software or a similar package
