Residential Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a career-focused, NZ experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

We are looking for a person with:

• At least 3+ years in New Zealand as an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Residential Construction.
• A good understanding of preparing quantity measures from a set of plans based on the standard method of measurement.
• NZ Quantity Surveyor tertiary qualified.
• Excellent NZ knowledge of construction procedures and processes, variation and payment claim experience.
  • A disciplined, self-motivated person with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiar with Windows office suite.
  • Be an "all rounder" willing to take on varying aspects of the job.
