Our client are a busy and successful Interior Fit Out and Carpentry Subcontractor in the Commercial Build sector.

They have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pricing/Estimating.

Site visits for measuring and take offs.

Variations.

Progress Claims.

Financial Reporting/Management of Projects.

Establishing systems /processes.

Meeting clients and stakeholders, main contractors etc.

Reporting to the Company Directors.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

5 years NZ Interiors experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally with an Interior Fit Out Main Contractor

or Subcontractor.

A Quantity Surveying tertiary qualification.

Previous experience in a sole charge QS role preferred.

Strong negotiating and communication skills.

Accuracy.

A proven multi tasker.

The ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Drive and self-motivation.
