About the role and experience

The focus will be to work alongside the business process mapping stream to build training content based on the agreed process.

The ideal candidate should have business change management design experience, working with both business SME’s and end users to translate complex processes in to easy to digest and package learning modules – developed in a range of formats that meet blended learning style requirements.
