About the company:

Our client has been around since 2009 and installs their own patented, above-ground storage tanks and accessories for water and dairy effluent in New Zealand. They hold space in both domestic and export markets.

About the role:

Our client requires a Team Leader to supervise a mediums-sized team with the installation of storage tanks on site in the agricultural sector.They would need to be able to travel at the drop of a hat to hit the road and get going. This leader will need to be happy rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty. Being able to manage people and processes is of the utmost importance. Administratively they will be writing reports, creating SOP's, and managing SSSP and H&S documentation. You will have great attention to detail. A solution-orientated mindset is necessary to deal with any issues as they arise with the experience of making a plan on the spot and under pressure.

What is required?:

* Experience with modular and steel bolted tanks
* Being able to travel and stay away for up to a month for jobs
* Experience with leading an installation team on site
* Training of staff
* Understanding of levelling and earthworks
* Physical fitness and willingness to get your hands dirty when necessary
* Filling out SSSP documentation
* Quotes of compliance
* Experience with Site safe, height access and permits to work
* First aid training (preferred)
* Producer Statements 1,2,3 and 4
* Strong H&S knowledge
* Creating SOP's and writing reports
* Ability to use drills and 5 inch grinders (trimming roof edges and flashing)
* Full driver's license with experience driving a site trailer

You will need to have valid working rights for New Zealand
