About the role

An exciting opportunity for providing customer service to internal customers, supporting Helpdesk Technicians in resolving escalated requests, monitoring and managing the IT infrastructure. This role will see you providing levels 1, 2 and 3 support whilst being able to provide excellent customer experience.

Skills & experience required

  • Experience in providing level 2 and 3 support for IT Infrastructure including servers, workstations and mobile devices
  • Knowledge in providing network support and configuration
  • Experience with end users training
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security maintenance and enforcement
  • Diagnosing and resolving priority issues and incident management
  • Experience in configuring and managing mobile devices
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills – preferably with experience dealing with senior executive teams
