About the role

 We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a fantastic organisation in Hamilton on a contract basis.

This team is small but highly skilled, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving client queries. On top of this you will work on a variety of projects whilst maintaining strong relationships throughout the business, with customers and with vendors.

Skills & experience required 

• 5 years+ of Network & Desktop Engineering experience
• CCNA certified
• CCNP highly desirable
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Routing, Switching, Collaboration, Wireless and Security solutions
• Knowledge of Check Point security technology
• Strong customer service experience
• In New Zealand available for interview
