Our client who is a large corporate organisation is looking for an energetic and stand -out customer service representative to join their National Contact Centre, based here in Auckland! You will enjoy working in a high-pressure customer service environment and at the same time adding value to the team and achieve results as a team.

What you will be doing:

  • Taking several inbound calls each day from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Be the voice of the company and present it well

What we require:

  • Proven ability to adapt to change
  • Capability to work with diverse customer base
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers
  • Be complaint and adhere to company procedures and policies
