Do you have a generalist HR background, looking for something more than day to day HR process and procedure?

We are seeking candidates who wish to work in a fast-paced environment and who have a natural affinity for a holistic business approach to provide HR advice and solutions to our NZ branch network; someone with a passion for process but has the required flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing employment environment.

This fulltime role will solidify your HR and ER experience in a role where you will be required to quickly develop credibility and rapport with your colleagues across the country, be responsible for our internal recruitment, employment and HR documentation and assist our HR Director with aspects of our business involving our Associates, Clients and Colleagues. Ultimately you will be an individual who comes to work every day with a strong honest desire to fulfil our company's goals and deliver practical solutions. We are seeking applicants who ideally have:

* A relevant tertiary qualification together with at least two years' experience in an HR advisory or coordinator role
* Strong practical experience of employment legislation
* Working knowledge of triangular employment relationships
* Knowledge of immigration processes
* Meticulous attention to detail with advanced computer and administration skills
