A reputable telecommunications company, based on the outskirts of Auckland Central, is currently seeking a temporary HR generalist to join their team for a 2-3-month period. This role will start immediately and will continue until the end of January (with a shut-down for Christmas).

    In the interim of hiring a new HR advisor the HR Manager is looking for a helping hand across several areas including:
    • Assisting with end - end recruitment  
    • Supporting the ER team with any ER related issues
    • Providing guidance around people and culture
    • General HR administrative workWhat are they looking for?

      • Experience with end- end recruitment
      • A strong understanding around HR policies and legislations
      • Willing to get stuck into tasks no matter how big or small
