A reputable telecommunications company, based on the outskirts of Auckland Central, is currently seeking a temporary HR generalist to join their team for a 2-3-month period. This role will start immediately and will continue until the end of January (with a shut-down for Christmas).

In the interim of hiring a new HR advisor the HR Manager is looking for a helping hand across several areas including:- Assisting with end - end recruitment
- Supporting the ER team with any ER related issues
- Providing guidance around people and culture
- General HR administrative workWhat are they looking for?
The HR manager is looking for someone who has a positive outlook and is a breath of fresh air for the team!- Experience with end- end recruitment
- A strong understanding around HR policies and legislations
- Willing to get stuck into tasks no matter how big or small
