Human Resources and Personnel

Job description

If you started in HR to make a difference to people, then this values-based organisation could be the perfect (as well as exceptional) environment in which to take your career to the next level. This supportive HR team is a place where people pitch in and have each other’s backs — something you’ll understand when you consider their scope of work.

Join them, and you’ll have the opportunity to become part of the face of HR supporting their nationwide brands as they in turn, provide wellbeing services across New Zealand.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll make your mark by working in a generalist HR capacity as well as having a key focus on ER. Given the nature of their work, confidence and experience with ER is important as you navigate a range of situations.

It will mean some adhoc travel to build relationships with the managers across the country who you’ll be partnering with – but rest assured, you will feel fully supported by an amazing HR team who will bring a smile to your face every day and help you keep all your balls in the air.

This is a proactive, highly responsive, fluid and innovative environment where your solutions focused approach and ability to think outside the square will be prized.

Ideally tertiary qualified with experience that demonstrates your knowledge of employment law in HR practice - your emotional and cultural intelligence will be complemented by the ability to prioritise work to manage competing priorities, and a great sense of humour!

As part of this amazing organisation [one of the largest providers of mental health and wellbeing services in New Zealand] you can look forward to an attractive salary and fabulous benefits such as:
  • 5 weeks leave per year, on site catering, on site gym, income protection scheme, an inclusive social club (that includes children, nieces and nephews), a wellbeing week (e.g. laughing yoga!) and a focus on your professional development!
If this better connects with your HR career aspirations than your current role and you’re excited about helping people that have made a career of helping others in the community, we strongly suggest you apply online today – to Annie O’Keefe at Frog Recruitment.
