Our client, one of the New Zealand’s largest Packhouses is seeking for new talents to kick start a career on Human Resources. If you are an experienced Administrator and customer service, this is the right opportunity for you.

We have roles based in Te Puke and Edgecumbe. You choose!

At this role no two days are alike, your duties will be varied but focussed on Recruitment, Inductions, monitoring shift attendance and payroll data entry. This role will challenge you to a next level as our client is prepared to get onboard a large number of seasonal workers. Be prepared to have lots of fun and also work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will also need:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, this will allow you to work as part of a diverse seasonal team.
* Ability to remain resilient in fast-paced under pressure environment.
* To be able to handle employment matters with tact and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality all times.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in Recruitment and onboarding processes, preferred but not essential.
